Rivers Edge welcomes Mary Allen, of Vector Security as our Smart Home/Security consultant. Mary, a Pike County resident, brings with her over 16 years’ experience in smart home technology and related industries.

This April 2021 Mary Allen and Vector Security will bring smart home technology to Rivers Edge new construction residents, and make it available to current residents. Bringing features such as; keyless entry door locks, thermostats, garage door openers and lighting all tied together with an added security feature.

Easy Living. A hands-free way to interact with your home while here or away. Secure your home. Obtain help quickly if you have an emergency. Monitoring is 24/7 by one of three Vector owned monitoring stations. Reduce your insurance annual rates/premiums with monitored services.  

In addition to smart home programs, a wellness program will be available to residents of the community.
